Free School Meal Claims - before Monday 31st March 2025

If you are not currently claiming Free School Meals for your child and you think you may be entitled, please follow the link and make a claim:

https://forms.sheffield.gov.uk/form/auto/apply_school_meals

We advise doing this before Monday 31st March 2025 in order for your claim to be processed before 1st April 2025, meaning that if successful, your FSM claim will be protected from any changes in Universal Credit and your child will have their FSM entitlement until the end of their current phase of education. From 1st April 2025, any child confirmed as eligible for FSM will be subject to termly checks to confirm continued eligibility. To check if you may be eligible to claim FSM for your child please follow this link:

https://www.gov.uk/apply-free-school-meals

If you are already claiming FSM you DO NOT NEED TO REAPPLY. Your current claim will not be affected and all children who already have entitlement will be protected against any changes until the end of their current phase of education.

If you require any further information, or you want further clarity on any of this information, please contact the main school office.
