Thank you for being understanding regarding the circumstances around the severe weather. The school playground and surrounding footpaths were a mass of black ice this morning so, we took the decision to delay opening school to secure the safety of the site. Thanks to lots of hard work, gritt and determination from our school premises team we were able to open safely at 10am.

Please check that we have your most up to date mobile phone number at the school office as our first point of contact will always be our Teachers2Parents text service, to advise you of school closure or delayed opening. Please also check the school website and local radio stations.

Lets hope that Spring is well and truly on it's way and we have no more 'snow worries' to battle through!
